About Tim Stammen

Timothy Stammen’s artistic journey began with a deep passion for making jewelry at an early age. Growing up on the midcoast of Maine in a creative family, he first explored his artistic inclinations through sculpting classes in high school. This foundation led him to the Savannah College of Art and Design, home to one of America’s most prestigious jewelry design programs. After completing his studies, Timothy secured a position at Tiffany & Co., where he spent two and a half years honing his craft under meticulous scrutiny, instilling in him a standard of excellence he maintains to this day.

However, over time, Timothy grew weary of repetitive designs and the limitations placed on his creativity. He longed for the freedom to fully express himself in his work. After apprenticing under renowned jewelry artist Zoltan David in Austin, he moved to Nashville to launch his own high jewelry brand, where he could oversee every aspect of his creations.

Timothy’s work embodies art in its highest form. From the initial inspiration and sketches to the selection of fine metals and exquisite jewels, every detail reflects his dedication to craftsmanship. Unencumbered by outside influences, his designs are a pure expression of his vision.

Now, Timothy embarks on a new chapter as a trainer at the New Approach School for Jewelers in Franklin, TN. He looks forward to collaborating with Blaine and his team, sharing the skills and insights he has gained throughout his career.
